Can I order immediately after applying?
Not automatically. Trade access is reviewed first. If approved, you can log in and access the trade options available to your account.
Can you reserve stock for my business?
Reserved stock may be possible where there is agreed demand, regular supply planning or committed volume. It is not the same as normal retail availability.
Can I request products not listed online?
Yes, but product sourcing depends on supplier availability, case quantities, import timing, demand and commercial viability.
Is phone support enough for order or supply requests?
Phone support is useful for general guidance, but the form is better for order, account and supply requests because it captures the details needed by the trade team.
